Dena Boyd, MAI, is currently the Director of Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at BBG Inc., specializing in valuation services for multifamily, affordable, and student housing. With a background as a Certified General Appraiser in multiple states, Dena has extensive experience in commercial appraisal, having also served as an advisory board member for various industry organizations. Previous roles include Executive Director for the Pacific Northwest Branches of the Screen Actors Guild, where Dena cultivated strong relationships within the entertainment industry to enhance opportunities for performers.
