James Turner

James Turner, MAI, is the Managing Director and National Right of Way Practice Leader at BBG Inc., where they specialize in real estate appraisals and consultation. They previously owned JLT Realty, Inc. and acted as a commercial real estate appraiser in the Central Mississippi area from 2004 to 2014. From 2014 to 2021, James held various roles at Integra Realty Resources, ultimately serving as Managing Director. In addition, they have been the President of Integrated Right of Way (IROW) since 2013, focusing on project management and right of way acquisition. James earned their degree from Delta State University between 1999 and 2002.
