Adriano Passenko

Adriano Passenko is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at BBM Logística since October 2023, previously held the CFO position at Softplan Planejamento e Sistemas from June 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing back-office operations and enhancing corporate governance. Prior to that, Adriano was the Financial Director at Bematech, focusing on restructuring finance functions and integrating processes post-acquisition by Totvs. With a strong background in audit as a Senior Manager at Deloitte and experience in financial control during an IPO at Votorantim Cimentos, Adriano's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from IBMEC RJ and a postgraduate degree in Controladoria and Finance from FAE Business School.
