Cayes Jarda

Cayes Jarda serves as a Learning Specialist at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, working alongside the Director of Student Support Services and the Upper School Director to coordinate academic support for students in grades 9 through 12. With additional roles such as a Crew Member at Dunkin', Course Facilitator and Webinar Moderator at Emeritus, and City Commissioner focused on improving safety for the LGBTQIA community in Middletown, Cayes Jarda showcases a diverse professional background. Experience also includes ownership of Mx. Chalk Productions, personal shopping for Instacart, and significant contributions in education as an Elementary School Teacher at Achievement First and a Behavior Specialist for Developmental Dynamo. Cayes Jarda holds a Master's Degree in Education from Relay Graduate School of Education, an MFA in Creative Writing from Otis College of Art and Design, and a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from the University of New Haven.
