Kate Anderson

Kate Anderson is an experienced education professional and strategic consultant with a diverse background in teaching and program management. Currently serving as a Middle School Science Teacher at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School since August 2022, Kate also operates Kate Anderson Consulting Services LLC, providing strategic advising to various for-profit and nonprofit organizations since August 2017. Previous roles include Director of Programs, Director of Recruitment & Engagement, and Strategic Consultant at Teach Western Mass from July 2017 to December 2022, as well as Interim Co-Head of School and Seminar Instructor at BOZEMAN FIELD SCHOOL INC from July 2018 to June 2020. Kate has held significant positions at Empower Schools, Education Pioneers, New Profit Inc., and STRIVE Preparatory Schools, demonstrating a strong commitment to education and leadership.
