Max Ong

Max Ong has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Max is currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Barghest Building Performance Pte Ltd since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Studer Cables AG from January 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Studer Cables AG, Max held the position of Regional Business Manager at LEONI from June 2016 to January 2021. At Consistel, they worked as a Business Development Manager from March 2015 to June 2016.

At LEONI, Max had a long tenure starting from January 2006 to March 2015. Max served as a Regional Business Development Manager responsible for various LEONI's Business Units in the Asia Region. Max'sexperience in this role covered industries such as Telecommunication, Robotics, Automation, and Rolling Stock.

Prior to LEONI, Max worked as a Project Director at Creative System & Engineering Pte Ltd from 2005 to 2006. Max also served as a Sales Manager at One Connect International Pte Ltd from 2004 to 2005.

Max's career started at StarHub, where they worked as a Senior Associate Engineer from May 1999 to June 2004.

Max Ong began their education at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1992, where they pursued a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Max completed this program in 1996. Following this, from 2000 to 2003, Max attended Edith Cowan University, where they obtained a Honours degree in Communication Engineering.
