Wayne Chan

Wayne Chan has a diverse work experience in the field of IT operations and technical consulting. In their current role as the IT Operations Lead at Barghest Building Performance Pte Ltd, they have been working since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Relationship Studio starting from March 2021. Wayne also has extensive experience as a Lead Engineer at StarHub, where they worked from October 2009 to March 2021.

Wayne Chan obtained their Diploma in Computer and Network Technology from Singapore Polytechnic, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Computing (Technology Focus) from the National University of Singapore, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Wayne obtained various certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from ITIL Certified in 2012, the SAP Certified Solution Consultant for mySAP ERP - SAP Best Practices from SAP in 2009, and the IBM Certified Database Associate - DB2 9 Fundamentals from IBM in 2008. Furthermore, they acquired the Learning Network Troubleshooting certification from LinkedIn in January 2019.
