Alonso Ramirez

Alonso Ramirez is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at BBVA en México since June 2019, Alonso is responsible for developing coverage strategies for technology and various specialized banking sectors. Prior to this role, Alonso held positions at JLL, where coordination of national recruitment teams took place, and at OCESA, overseeing recruitment from operational to managerial levels while negotiating with internal clients. Earlier experience includes working at ATENTO México in various roles focused on national recruitment for prominent clients and providing family therapy as a private therapist. Alonso holds a Master's degree in Family Therapy from the Instituto Latinoamericano de Estudios de la Familia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de las Américas, A.C.
