Antonio Torres

Antonio Torres is a Systems Support Specialist at Kyndryl since July 2021, specializing in Unix/AIX/Linux/Windows systems and proactive monitoring of online services, incident management, and change application. Concurrently, Antonio has been providing first-level support at IBM for incident resolution in production for BBVA, while also participating in online/offline service change processes. Prior experience includes working as an Operations Engineer at BBVA Bancomer and serving in technical support roles at SGS and STT Soluciones S.A. de C.V. Antonio holds a degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, earned between 2008 and 2013.
