Mario Benavides

Mario Benavides is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Consultor de Atracción de Talento at BBVA en México since July 2014, where responsibilities include developing strategies for talent coverage across various levels within the organization in the Noreste region and overseeing a team of nine selection specialists. Prior roles include Regional Head of Human Resources at C&A, focusing on recruitment and HR management across multiple regions, and positions at Banamex and HSBC Mexico, where expertise in recruitment, selection, integration, and training was developed. Mario’s career also includes experience at GE Money Bank managing recruitment processes for customer service and collections personnel. Mario holds degrees in psychology from Universidad Regiomontana S.C., obtained between 2003 and 2007.
