Miguel Jimenez is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in data networking, SIP architecture, and unified communications solutions. Currently serving as a Tech Manager for Infrastructure & Communications at BBVA en México since March 2018, Miguel has also held the position of Advanced Solution Architect at Avaya since 2011, where responsibilities have included engineering and implementation of IP telephony and support for major accounts in Mexico. Previous roles include Consultor de Operaciones Datos IP at Telefónica and Field Engineer at ISSSTE. Miguel holds an engineering degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, earned between 2000 and 2005.
