Orlando Uc

Orlando Uc is a Data Scientist Manager and Team Lead at BBVA México, where they lead a team focused on machine learning and advanced analytics solutions for the SME banking segment. With a background as an actuarial scientist, Orlando has expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning, particularly in time series analysis. They also serve as a Machine Learning Professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, teaching in the undergraduate actuarial science program. Orlando's previous experience includes roles as a statistical analyst at the Centro de Investigación Científica de Yucatán and as a project intern at INEGI Informa. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and a Master’s degree in Statistical Computing.
