Sofia Ize Ludlow

Sofia Ize Ludlow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social responsibility and inclusion programs, currently serving as the Director of the BBVA Bancomer Foundation since January 2014, where strategic development and management of 245 team members are key responsibilities within a $1.4 billion budget. Sofia also holds roles on various boards, including as a member of the Consejo at the Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía and EnsAmblE, and served as a Citizen Advisor for the Instituto Nacional de Migración in 2015. Previous experience includes Directora Ejecutiva at Proeducación I.A.P., where impactful educational initiatives were designed, and a significant focus was placed on mentoring and cultural promotion.
