Carlos Casas

Carlos Casas is currently the Head of Talent & Culture at BBVA Group. Carlos has previously served as a Non Executive Board Member of CUNEF and as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, they were responsible for all aspects of project leadership and management, with a focus on the telecom and banking industries. Carlos was also a member of the leadership group of the European operations practice, with direct responsibility for the “business support functions” service line. Prior to their work at McKinsey, Carlos served as a Finance Manager at BT from August 1998 to April 2000.

Carlos Casas has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. Carlos is also certified as an Associate Chartered Accountant from CIMA.

Carlos Casas reports to Carlos Torres Vila, Group Executive Chairman. Carlos Casas works with José Luis Elechiguerra - Global Head of Engineering & Organization, María Jesús Arribas - Head of Legal, and Juan Asúa - Senior Advisor to the Chairman.
