César Vázquez

César Vázquez is a data technology professional with extensive experience in big data and IT development. Currently serving as Data Tech Lead at BBVA since November 2020, César leads data-driven projects and is involved in migrating the On-Premise Big Data Platform Datio to the cloud-based ADA on AWS. Previously, César worked as a Big Data Consultant at Paradigma Digital, assisting BBVA with new use cases for the Datio platform. Other roles include Specialist IT Design and Development at Vodafone, focusing on optimizing customer service processes, and Software Engineer at OpenJaw Technologies, developing the LATAM version of "Viajes El Corte Ingles." César began a career at Vodafone as a Software Developer, creating data mining tools. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Big Data Science from the University of Navarra and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
