Charles Firth

Charles Firth is currently the Managing Director at BBVA, a position held since 2023. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Rafiki Capital Management. Prior to that, Charles held roles as Associate Director at Barclays Investment Bank from 2003 to 2007 and as Executive Director at UBS from 2007 to 2009, where they led the Asian Equity Structuring Team. Between 2022 and 2023, Charles was the Managing Director and Head of Sales for South East Asia at Credit Suisse.
