Charles Schiller

Charles Schiller is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director at BBVA since March 2025. Prior to this role, Schiller held the position of Director of Credit Portfolio Management at Mizuho from June 2020 to March 2025. Significant prior experience includes a tenure as a Financial Analyst Fellow at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission from August 2015 to August 2019, and as Associate Director at Standard & Poor's from 1994 to 1997. Schiller also worked as Vice President at JP Morgan Securities from 1997 to 2001, followed by a Director role at RBC Capital Markets from August 2001 to November 2011, where responsibilities included managing leveraged loan financing. As Chief Investment Officer at Green Mile Capital from January 2012 to June 2015, Schiller led the establishment of an equity options trading business. Educational credentials include a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, along with studies at Colgate University and Shaker Heights High School.
