David Alvarez Santamaria

David Alvarez Santamaria is currently the Global Head of Cyber Platform and has held various significant roles at BBVA, including Global Head of Threat Intelligence and Global Red Team Manager, from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, they served as an IT Security Consultant at Daimler AG and GMV, where they focused on security analysis, penetration testing, and compliance with security standards. David began their career as a Scholarship Web Developer at Universidad de Alcalá and holds an engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution, as well as an MBA from ThePower Business School.
