David Fritz

David Fritz, CFA, serves as an FX and LatAm Strategist at BBVA since November 2022, specializing in foreign exchange analysis and macroeconomic policy in Latin America. Prior to this role, David worked as an Investment Officer at The World Bank, where responsibilities included enhancing analytical tools and developing portfolio management strategies. David gained experience as a Senior Strategist at Exante Data, where significant products were developed for hedge funds and corporate clients. David was also an Associate in FX Strategy at Nomura, contributing to top-ranked publications and research projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Blackstreet Capital Management, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and further positions at the International Monetary Fund and The George Washington University. David holds a Master in Finance from Princeton University and two degrees in Economics from The George Washington University.
