David Puente

David Puente is an experienced professional in client solutions, data strategy, and digital transformation within the banking sector. Currently serving as Global Head of Client Solutions at BBVA since May 2019, David is responsible for enhancing the customer value proposition through product strategy and customer experience. Previously, David held various impactful roles at BBVA from 2004 to 2019, including Global Head of Data, where the global data strategy and data governance were shaped, and Chief of Business Development and Digital Transformation for Spain and Portugal, focusing on strategic commercial planning and digital business model transformation. David's career also includes significant contributions at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate and Business Analyst, and experience in strategic planning at Jazztel. Academically, David holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF Universidad.
