Edward Stevenson

Edward Stevenson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Debt Capital Markets for FIG & SSA at BBVA since November 2022. Edward co-founded UK Rail Leasing LTD in September 2013 and held the position of Group Head of Debt, Capital Markets & Corporates at IQ-EQ from May 2021 to November 2022. Prior to this, Edward worked as a Senior Consultant at deVere & Partners Switzerland SA from August 2020 to April 2021 and spent nearly two decades at BNP Paribas, where Edward began on the graduate program in 2000 and ultimately became the Head of FIG DCM, managing a team focused on advising financial institutions on capital raising in global bond markets. Edward holds a degree in Geography from the University of London, earned between 1997 and 2000.
