Enrique Baides

Enrique Baides is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent, culture, and procurement management, currently serving as the Talent & Culture Solutions and Development Principal Manager at BBVA since July 2017, after previously holding roles such as Corporate IT & Real Estate Purchasing Director. Prior to this, Enrique was the Corporate Real-Estate Projects Director at BBVA Bancomer, leading significant projects like the "New Headquarters Project" in Mexico City. Enrique's career at BBVA began in 2004, during which time contributions included defining purchases management for major corporate constructions in both Madrid and Spain. Earlier experience includes procurement management at Telvent, where responsibilities encompassed strategic purchasing and quality management. Enrique holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and completed the Directors Development Program at IESE Business School.
