Fabiana Simone

Fabiana Simone is currently the Head de Construcción de Soluciones for Empresas e Instituciones at BBVA and has held various leadership roles at HSBC Bank S.A., including Head of Transformation Services and Head of Change Delivery from 2010 to 2025. They also served as Head of Transformation Governance at HSBC during this time. Prior to their long tenure at HSBC, Fabiana was the Senior Product Manager for MasterCard and Visa credit cards at Banco Crédito Argentino and BBV Banco Francés from 1994 to 1997, and managed credit card portfolios at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 1997 to 2000. Fabiana holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Universidad de Belgrano, which they completed from 1989 to 1993.
