Fernando Revuelta

Fernando Revuelta is currently the M&A Managing Director in Investment Banking at BBVA, where they execute domestic and cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to this, they served as Managing Director at JB Capital Markets and Partner at EY, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Fernando began their career as an M&A Analyst at Socios Financieros and has held various positions in the field, including M&A VP and Associate. They also lecture on the MSc in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at IEB and hold advanced degrees in Finance and Economics from IEB and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
