Gianluca Passaretta

Gianluca Passaretta is currently the Global Head of Fixed Income Credit Trading DM at BBVA, where they lead a global team focused on Investment Grade and High Yield Credit. With a rich background in Fixed Income trading, Gianluca has held prominent leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank, Mizuho, and HSBC, managing complex trading environments and driving significant revenue growth. They possess a BSc in Economics and Business and a MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School in London, complemented by an exchange program at ESCP Europe in Paris. Fluent in four languages, Gianluca values diversity and has extensive international experience across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
