Inés Castro Martínez

Inés Castro Martínez, CFA, is currently the Head of Customer Experience for Asset Management & Global Wealth at BBVA, a position they have held since 2025. They previously held several influential roles at BBVA from 1997 to 2001, including Director of Commercial Segments Strategy and Director of Client Service for Institutional Clients. Inés earned a degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a degree in Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and completed the Corporate Management Program at IESE Business School. They further enhanced their credentials with an Executive MBA from IE Business School, being recognized as a Best Student nominee and making the Dean's List.
