Inmaculada Hernando Isla

Inmaculada Hernando Isla has extensive experience in organizational and project management, beginning with a role at Coopers&Lybrand from 1991 to 1998 in consulting. In 1998, Inmaculada joined BBVA, where key responsibilities included working in the Structures and Projects department focused on organizational management and later advancing to the Productivity Unit to develop a proprietary methodology for process analysis and improvement using Six Sigma. Inmaculada held positions including Principal Manager of Finance and Portfolio & Cost Management and Director of Organization (HR). Inmaculada earned a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad Comercial de Deusto in Bilbao between 1985 and 1990.
