Isami Romero

Isami Romero currently serves as the Information & Data Security Director at BBVA since June 2021, after previously holding the role of Information Security Director, CISO at PROSA from June 2020 to June 2021. With extensive experience in information security, Isami served as VP and Information Security Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2015 to June 2020, overseeing regional information security for LATAM and identity & access management. Isami began a career in information technology as the Coordinator of Information Technologies at Opentec.
