Jaime Artola is the Global Head of Structured Finance, overseeing project finance, asset-based lending, and structured trade finance. Prior to this role, Jaime served as the Head of M&A EMEA at BBVA from 2011 to 2019, where significant transactions included advising major corporations in various sectors on high-value deals. Jaime also worked as an M&A Senior Manager at PwC España from 2003 to 2011, focusing on M&A and debt advisory.
