Javier Rodera Rebollo

Javier Rodera Rebollo is the Principal Manager of Regulation and Internal Control at BBVA, where they have been responsible for internal risk management in Spain, including Portugal and Belgium, since January 2018. They lead a team of 11 individuals, including 3 managers and 8 associates, and have implemented a control model supported by remote tools, producing evaluations and reports for risk management and regulatory bodies. Javier previously held roles in BBVA focused on operations and risk management from 2009 to 2011. They earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Alicante and completed a Master's in Credit Risk at BBVA's School of Finance, along with a course in International Sustainable Finance from Exponential Education.
