Jose Luis D.

Jose Luis D. is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and information security management, currently serving as Senior Manager Security Architect at BBVA Holding America since June 2019. With a background in academia, Jose Luis taught cybersecurity at Tecnológico de Monterrey from August 2010 to February 2020. Prior to this, Jose Luis held the position of IT and Information Security Manager at IPADE Business School from April 2014 to January 2019, where responsibilities included strategizing and managing technology infrastructure and cybersecurity across multiple cities in Mexico. Jose Luis also gained experience as a Senior Security Consultant at EY from November 2006 to March 2014, where project execution and coordination for cybersecurity audits were key tasks. Jose Luis holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering with a focus on Information Security from Universidad Tecnológica de México and completed a leadership development program at ICAMI in 2017.
