Lucia Moreno

Lucia Moreno possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Técnico Compensación Talent&Culture at BBVA since July 2006, focusing on remuneration policies aligned with corporate strategy. Previously, Lucia held roles as Técnico de formación, specializing in language learning management and training in corporate culture, negotiation skills, and leadership skills, as well as Técnico RRHH in HR development. Additional experience includes serving as a Teacher Assistant at ESCP Europe, where instruction occurred in the HR subject for the Master in Management program.
