Oriol Guixa

Oriol Guixa is an engineer and businessman who currently serves as the Chairman at La Farga and is actively involved as a Trustee at both the Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology and Fundació La Farga. Oriol's extensive experience includes roles such as Advisory Councilor for BBVA and various advisory positions with organizations like the London Metal Exchange and the International Wrought Copper Council. Oriol was also the first to invent continuous casting of wire rod using copper scrap and a mother copper tube, showcasing a commitment to innovation in the copper industry. Previously, Oriol led the Racing Department at Montesa Honda and held several senior positions at La Farga, including General Manager and CEO.
