Ricardo Mora Rueda

Ricardo Mora Rueda is currently the Director of the Government Office in Nuevo León at BBVA, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, Ricardo managed human resources for the company in various locations and served as the Territorial Training Manager, overseeing the training and development of personnel. With a background in finance and business administration, Ricardo earned multiple degrees, including an engineering degree and an MBA from Universidad Tecmilenio, and has completed various professional development programs at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad Iberoamericana Monterrey.
