Roman Burt

Roman Burt is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in securitization and investment banking. Currently serving as Executive Director at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria since September 2025, Roman previously held multiple roles at Mizuho from September 2014 to September 2025, including Director, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President - Securitization. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate - Securitization position at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank from June 2008 to August 2014, and an Analyst - Expense Management role at JPMorgan Chase & Co from June 2006 to March 2008, focusing on expense management and budgeting for the investment bank division. Roman's early career included internships at Moody's Investors Service in Asset Backed Securities and Smith Barney in Fixed Income.
