Samuel Fein is an experienced compliance and risk leader currently serving as the US Head of Financial Markets & Sustainability at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria. They previously held roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they specialized in swap dealer compliance and risk management. Samuel began their career as a Student Director at Rutgers University Television Network and progressed through various compliance positions at organizations including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
