Steffen Thiemann

Steffen Thiemann is a finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and corporate finance. Currently serving as Director at BBVA, Thiemann oversees operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland since January 2019 and previously held the position of Vice President in the same division. Prior to BBVA, Thiemann worked at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG in corporate structured finance and capital markets, focusing on debt capital market origination and execution from July 2013 to December 2018. Thiemann's career also includes roles at Deutsche Bank as a Credit Rating Analyst, Kepler Capital Markets as a Corporate Finance Analyst, and Ernst & Young as a Consultant.
