Thibaud Escalon

Thibaud Escalon is currently the Managing Director and Head of Sustainability Advisory for Financials and Consumer & Retail. With extensive experience in multi-asset investment and a focus on sustainable and climate finance, Thibaud has held various leadership roles, including Director of Sustainability Advisory at BBVA and Chief of Staff to the Group CIO at AXA. Thibaud has also served as a visiting professor at institutions such as ESSEC Business School and Université Paris-Saclay, sharing expertise in sustainable investment and finance. Thibaud holds multiple degrees in finance, including a Master's from EDHEC Business School and has completed the CFA program.
