Xavi Sorinas

Xavi Sorinas is the Global Design Lead at BBVA's Client Experience team, where they lead initiatives to create innovative and meaningful customer experiences. They previously worked as a Design Researcher at BBVA and held various roles in journalism and content management at companies such as Diario EL PAÍS and ATRESMEDIA. Xavi also contributes to academia as a Design Research professor at Nuclio Digital School and Fundación Universidad-Empresa. With a Master's degree in User Experience from KSchool and additional training in Service Design from University of the Arts London, Xavi combines design research, strategy, and leadership to drive sustainable value. Beyond work, they engage actively in the LGTBIQA+ community and explore creativity through theater.
