Chip Ware

Chip Ware has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to present. Chip started as a Program Management Consultant at Consulting for Ascent/S3 and later worked as an Associate Vice President of eCommerce, Program Management at Capital One. Chip then became the Director of eBusiness and Medical/Hazardous Waste Systems at Waste Management, Inc. In 2013, they served as a Senior Manager at Accenture and Acquity Group. From 2014 to 2015, Chip was a Senior Manager, Program Management at SapientNitro. Chip then joined cPanel as a Product Owner II from 2015 to 2020. In 2015, Chip also became the Owner and Chief Designer of a small retail clothing and lifestyle boutique. Currently, they work as the Director of Information Technology at BBYO. Throughout their career, Chip has demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, delivering projects under budget, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Chip Ware attended Louisiana Tech University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Prior to their college education, Chip Ware completed their high school education at Scotlandville Magnet High School. In addition to their formal education, Chip Ware has obtained several certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including Certified Scrum Coach, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
