Fara Gold

Fara Gold is an experienced professional in camp leadership and human resources, currently serving as the AVP Camp Leadership at BBYO since October 2022. Previously, Fara held the position of Chief Program Officer at The Roth Family Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando and served as Event Planner for the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ. Fara's extensive background includes roles as HR Director at Harbor Hills Day Camp, Camp Director at Bender JCC of Greater Washington, and Program Director at Capital Camps, among others. Fara's expertise encompasses staff recruitment, training, and program development, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Music from the University of Miami and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
