Kyle Whitlock has a solid background in leadership development and talent management. Kyle worked at Alpha Epsilon Pi since 2014, where they held various roles including Director of Leadership Development, Director of Growth and Colony Development, and Educational Leadership Consultant. Kyle recently joined BBYO in 2023 as the Director of Immersive Talent.
Kyle Whitlock earned a Bachelor's Degree in History Teacher Education from The College of New Jersey, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. Kyle furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2023. Additionally, Kyle holds a 6-12 Teaching Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing from the NJ Department of Education, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
