David Garnham

David Garnham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management, geospatial analysis, and project oversight. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Management & Reporting at BC Assessment since July 2014, David oversees the creation and delivery of information services, including database administration and analytics for various external and internal stakeholders. Prior roles include Senior GIS Analyst and contractor at GeoBC, where responsibilities involved data quality review and training program development. With a strong background in geospatial data analytics gained from previous roles at GeoDigital International Inc. and Terra Remote Sensing Inc., David holds a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Geographic Information Systems from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
