Tim Morrison serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Capital Region Emergency Service Telecommunications (CREST) Inc., overseeing governance and strategic planning for the organization since January 2021. As a City Councillor for the Township of Esquimalt since December 2011, Morrison has been re-elected multiple times, focusing on community relations and budget management for a population of 20,000. With extensive experience in communications from roles at BC Assessment and the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Morrison has a strong background in public policy and relations. Previous experience also includes international travel guiding, travel writing, and advising a Cabinet Minister on significant legislative initiatives. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Communications, and Geography from Simon Fraser University, Morrison combines a wealth of local government experience with a diverse professional background.
