Devon Keys is an experienced manager and business analyst specializing in shared technology solutions and enterprise resource planning within the education sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Shared Technology Solutions at BCNET since September 2018, Devon has developed a strategic roadmap for ERP implementation in post-secondary institutions. Expertise includes managing a diverse portfolio of shared IT services utilized by the BC Higher Education sector and chairing multiple working groups. Devon's background also includes roles as a Project Analyst at the University of Victoria and a Junior Project Analyst at Island Health, along with involvement in the Youth Futures Education Fund with United Way British Columbia. Education includes a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology Management from Athabasca University and an undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Victoria.
