Michelle B.

Michelle B. has extensive experience in various supervisory and managerial roles across different sectors. Since October 2005, Michelle has worked at Nichols Custom Cabinets as a Supervisor and Level 3 First Aid Attendant Joinery Carpenter. From June 2008, a position as Correctional Officer at BC Corrections has been held. Recently, Michelle has taken on the role of Senior Manager of Homeless Services at Options Community Services as of September 2023 and is also serving as Regional Manager of Animal Protective Services at BC SPCA starting September 2025. Previous experience includes a position as Correctional Supervisor and Classification Supervisor A/Assistant Deputy Warden at Alouette Correctional Centre from February 2017 to September 2023. Michelle B. earned a degree in Trades, specializing in Joinery Carpentry, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2008, and has pursued further education at the Justice Institute of British Columbia, alongside First Aid training.
