Michael Radano

Michael Radano currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors since July 2021. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Michael has been a member and board member of the CSAE Canadian Society of Association Executives since 2011, contributing to not-for-profit leadership excellence. Previous positions include Director at MOSAIC, where Michael focused on employment and integration services for immigrants, and CEO of the Society of Translators and Interpreters of BC, providing strategic guidance for advocacy and regulatory improvements. Additional roles in business development and transformation are evident from tenure at companies such as Ocelle, CGA-Canada, and ON Semiconductor. Michael holds multiple educational certifications, including an MBA from Simon Fraser University and leadership training from various institutions.
