Peter Byrne

Peter Byrne is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in trading and banking technology. Currently serving as Executive Director at BCB Group, Peter oversees Trading Technology and Banking Technology, and previously led Connectivity initiatives. Prior to BCB Group, Peter held roles at Algomi Ltd, where responsibilities included designing FIX technologies and leading software development projects. Additional experience encompasses senior software development roles at OpenBet and Morgan Stanley, focusing on trading platforms and FX infrastructure. Peter holds a PhD in Mobile Learning and multiple degrees from Trinity College Dublin, alongside a Certificate in French from The Open University.
