Rose Buten

Rose Buten is a Lead Product Owner at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, managing healthcare price transparency. With a background as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, and Product Manager, Rose has a special interest in Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence. They began their career at NASA, developing a graphic simulator for the Space Shuttle's robotic arm, and later contributed to patent management at Dell, where they generated over 20 patents. Rose holds an M.B.A. from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
