Roelof deVries

Roelof deVries has extensive work experience, starting in 1990 as a Business Analyst at Davey Tree Expert Company where they worked for over 10 years. Roelof then worked as a Business Analyst at Applied Tactical Systems from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they worked as a Developer at Catalyst Consulting and later as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at Catalyst from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at DataVision. Roelof then joined PEAK Technologies, Inc. in 2004 as a Sr. Programmer Analyst, where they remained until 2011. In 2011, they became a Principal Consultant (SAP Mobility) at CIBER, Inc. and worked there until 2012. Roelof then worked as a Senior Consultant at Sky Technologies from 2012 to August 2012 when Kony, Inc. acquired the company. Roelof continued to work at Kony as a Senior Consultant from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they joined BCC Distribution, Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer / Department Manager, where they are currently employed.

Roelof deVries pursued their education in a progressive manner. Roelof began their academic journey in 1979 at Kent State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Natural Resources in 1982. Seeking further specialization, they enrolled at the University of Michigan from 1982 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry (BSF). Afterwards, deVries continued to expand their knowledge and enrolled at Rutgers University from 1984 to 1987, where they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Horticulture. Throughout their educational journey, deVries focused on fields like Natural Resources, Forestry, and Horticulture.
